1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong product.
Returned products must be:
Unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Customized or special-order items.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.
Once approved, send the product back to us.
Upon inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except for cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item (subject to this Return Policy).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.
