Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please read the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if:

    • They are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

    • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

  • Customized or special-order products are not exchangeable.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photo/video evidence of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you will need to return the item to us in its original packaging.

  4. We will send a replacement item after verifying the returned product.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product), we will bear the return and replacement shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, wrong color chosen), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
