1. Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

    • You received the wrong product.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Customized or special-order items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

  3. Once approved, send the product back to us.

  4. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except for cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item (subject to this Return Policy).

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.
