We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please read the policy below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
They are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
Customized or special-order products are not exchangeable.
3. Exchange Process
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number, product details, and photo/video evidence of the issue.
Once approved, you will need to return the item to us in its original packaging.
We will send a replacement item after verifying the returned product.
4. Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product), we will bear the return and replacement shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, wrong color chosen), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
