1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within Malaysia only (West Malaysia and selected areas in East Malaysia).

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days.

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for standard shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to missed delivery attempts, customers are responsible for rearranging delivery or self-collection at the courier branch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photo evidence.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
